Add option to disable Live TV Guide Logos

No matter how pretty you make a channel logo, it still can't compare with respect to readability to that of pure text.   This should probably be done as a client option rather than a server option.    I'm using the AndroidTV client on an Nvidia Shield at 1080p resolution on a 55" TV.  I can see how this would look by deleting the logo via the metadata options and having it revert to what the tvg-name tag contains.   I'd much rather just see the tvg-name contents rather than the logo.  Tivo makes this an option for the same reason.   A lot of channel logos are very difficult to read or differentiate between each other. 

 

Deleting the logo isn't a solution that lasts because the guide sources will pull them back in.
