How come Maelstrom isn't showing up in the plugin catalog?

I have Maelstrom theme installed on my PC from awhile back. Recently setup another one for the bedroom but couldn't find Maelstrom theme in there.

Maelstrom is one of the Throgsoft themes - these currently have an incompatibility with MB3, so were taken down. 

 

Throg has said that he'll fix them at some point in the future.
