Nvidia Shield TV - Volume Too low

When using Emby on my shield TV the volume is quite low, i need to boost it but dont see anywhere an option to do that, so lately i've been using KODI on my shield because there is a VOLUME AMPLIFICATION option right into the media player that boost it beautifully without any distortion

 

This is a must for my setup since im using a Bluetooth speaker and even with volume set to max on the shield and speaker, the volume is still too low

 

any suggestion? why is Emby not offering this MUST HAVE feature

Hi.  You are talking about the app, not the server on the Shield, correct?

 

What kind of audio is playing and how is the item playing?

I am referring to the NVIDIA SHIELD TV (not the handheld device), there are no option to boost the volume like KODI does on the shield, dearly missing feature unless i missed it?

No problems here with the volume on my (3) Shields.

 

If too quiet, I turn up the volume on my TV
