No subtitle

Hi,

 

using app 1.5.4 but the app doesn't display subtitles.

 

Using the same settings/movie/server on the android app and it's working fine.

 

Is this a known problem ?

It looks like you haven't turned on the subtitles. did you try using the controls in the video player to turn them on?

I set "always display sibtitle" in the local setting and have tried both choosing the subtitle before playback and during with the cc button. With the android app this steps display the subtitle.

You may have deselected the subtitles, in which case it gets remembered for next time. Try turning the subtitles on using the controls in the video player. If they still don't show, then please attach a new log from that time. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !

In this log it still appears that you haven't enabled the subtitles in the video player by clicking the CC icon. Are you sure that you've done that?

Yes. Also doing the same steps on the android app and it's working.

 

I am using iOS 9.0.2 (jailbreak) with spoofed firmware to 9.1 to get the latest version.

Cant update to a later firmware. So maybe this is a problem ?
