Broadcast Chromecast controls to phones on Wifi

Is it possible to have this? i know when i cast other stuff, all my devices will get the cast control notification.

When  you use the web app, the Chrome browser handles this.

 

When you use the mobile android app, yes it is something we could look into, if we're not already doing that because that might be something that the google cast sdk just takes care of for us.
