I cannot access my server on other devices

I see it on my computer, but cannot click on it from my other devices. Can anyone help please.

I have a Nvidia Shield, and a couple amazon devices. when i try to login into connect i see it but when i click on it it doesn't let me access it.

Hi.  A firewall or other security software on your server machine is probably blocking the app.
