[Resolved] Why would NuGet - package restore fail?

Perhaps someone could help me. I went to update my plugin to the latest NuGet packages (3.5.0), but my plugin throws an error saying "Package Restore failed"

 

Any ideas from the community?

 

It would seem that it is important to update these new NuGet packages because there is now a bunch of Log errors:

 

 

System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'System.String MediaBrowser.Controller.Session.SessionInfo.get_AppName()'.

 

 

For cryin out loud! Core2.0!!!

Make sure your plugin is now targeting .net standard 2.0:
