Family share $4.99 app purchase?

I recently purchased the app on my iPad ($4.99 one time purchase).

 

My daughters iPad has a different email/username. We share apps with io’s family share.

 

Is it possible to share the above purchase with her so she can stream media from the app as well or do i have to pay $4.99 again?

Our purchase is an in-app purchase, and according to apple documentation that can't be shared.
