Allow reorder of my download on home

I'd love to see an option to move the my download link around on the home screen. Ideally, I want to push it all the way to the bottom and turn off it showing thumbnails. I keep a few shows always synced since I re-watch them regularly. It'd be nice to not have to scroll past downloads when I'm trying to get to other stuff.
