Why is this example transcodeing? doesn't say on dashboard.

I can include the logs, but i figured someone would know right away..  I don't do a lot of HEVC (more and more though) so I assume its something to do with that.  Also the transcode reasons are not listed on the dashboard for this one.   weird.

Well that's an easy one. Have you checked browser support for hevc and truehd? As of the time of this writing there are none.

 

I think the button to show the reasons might just be pushed off to the right on that middle line.
