dcrdev 255 Posted July 18, 2018 Posted July 18, 2018 - Are you sure the additional module is compatible i.e. under or equal to the recommended speed and/or the size of the module is supported by your chipset. - Are you sure that it's properly seated i.e. the module aligns evenly and all contacts are sufficiently embedded in the socket? - Have you tried resetting your cmos either a) via bios via the jumpers on the motherboard?
