moryoav 2 Posted July 18, 2018 Posted July 18, 2018 (edited) I'm using Download & Sync with the Folder Sync backup (Emby Version 3.5, Windows 10). One of the recent updates broke the feature where watched episodes should be removed from the folder that's defined in the folder sync. The logs aren't very informative (I censored the private information, cropped the relevant area and attached to this post). I can see that it says "Adding ItemIdsToRemove 06ad97a19eba4a9eb032fef40c17a685 because it has been marked played" but the files aren't physically removed (and yes, I selected only to sync watched episodes in the series sync settings). I think, although I'm not a 100% sure, that this all started with the change of the sync folder structure. The folder structure in the synced folder used to be [ComputerName]\General-[bitrate]\TV\[seriesName] and at some point it changed to TV\[seriesName]. I think that whenever that changed happened, the deletion of watched episodes also stopped working. Another related issue - I cannot seem to find a way to modify this folder structure explained above. The result is that I have a folder structure that looks like TV\[seriesName]\[EpisodeName] and the [EpisodeName] does not include an episode number. In order to manually remove an episode, I need to go into each and every one of the folders in [seriesName], to see the actual file name. Thank you. log.txt Edited July 18, 2018 by moryoav
Luke 42079 Posted July 26, 2018 Posted July 26, 2018 Hi, thanks for the report. I've created a ticket for this. You can track it here: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby/issues/3390 Thanks !
