HDHomerun channels not playing

I have just installed Emby premiere and I have a HDHomerun HDRH3-DT. The installation seemed to go fine. It detected my tuner, I added the EPG but when I click a program or station to watch all that happens is I get a spinning circle on the screen. The tuner works fine in other programs.

I have searched extensively on the net and this problem doesn't seem to be widespread so it must be me I guess... sigh.

I have attached a log. Thanks for any help.

Yea i don't actually see any playback attempts here. Are you sure you've logged into your Emby web interface?

When I get home I'll retry this. Is there a text string in the logs that is a flag for this? I can then check before resending the log. Thanks.

I have attached logs from just after re-starting the server and a screenshot of the LiveTV setup page. The tuner was detected when I installed the software but no channels are listed. I couldn't find in the Wiki whether this was normal. If I try and watch a channel from the guide in the web client a coloured circle just spins continuously. As I said, the tuners are accessible in VLC etc.

This is interesting, I just tried accessing the tuner in VLC and it said it was in use by my PC. Maybe Emby was 'trying' to access it?

OK, today it started working. I didn't really do anything though, which is slightly disconcerting. One issue still is that it only seems to see 2 of my tuners. I have 2 dual HDHRs and I can only record programs on 2 channels before I get the 'ring of death' which I presume means there are no channels available.

Can you add a new log?

Does emby show the two tuner units on the Live TV tab on the admin page?

Are both IPs correct?
