Emby Grey screen

After just installing Emby theater on my PC, I tried to change the skin and it became this grey screen. If I press the arrow keys, I can hear sounds like I'm scrolling through the interface, but nothing appears. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling without success. 1. Open Emby Theater

2. Settings

3. Installed Plugins

4.Install Plugin from Url

5. https://chefbennyj1....ck/package.json

6. Display

7. Choose Theater-black (which will be called Ultra Pure soon)

 

As soon as I choose that skin I had the grey screen and couldn't change it.

I believe so, I uninstalled through control manager.

Try going into your windows appdata\roaming folder, and delete any folders related to emby theater. thanks.

I did that and it deleted all files except for electron.exe because it says "The action can't be completed because the file is open in System", but I don't see it open in task manager.

That fixed it. Thank you for your help! Any idea why the grey screen happened and should I just avoid the skins entirely?

The skin is just out of date at this point.
