Constant Progress on library scan

The progress meter as depicted almost never goes away.  It does progress, but very very slowly.  It will get up to 99%, then go back to around 90 and slowly continue.  I have to restart the server to run a metadata refresh on any other library, because it just queues behind this constant scan.  Maybe because of the size of my library?  It's a recent development.

There might be something causing it to restart. In any case, we'll probably rework it at some point but for now as long as you're not sitting there watching it move then it's not really going to cause any problems.

yeah it's not a major issue, just like i said i can't refresh anything in the library without restarting the server because it only ques the refresh behind this constant scan.  that's the only issue really, just wondering why it's doing it
