Hi, it doesn't, so currently that means it has to be shared anonymously.

Hi, no that does not. We need to add username and password fields to Emby library setup for smb shares.

Hi Luke, i have a Android TV Box set up as Emby server, but the media files are on QNAP NAS, how can link the library on NAS?

If i select the "network" button, NAS not be in list.

If i fill the textbox path with \\192.168.1.100\ the folder was correctly added to library

If i fill the textbox path with \\192.168.1.100\FolderName i have an error path not existing or something similar (now i can't check)

Is it necessary to enable anonymous access? Or has user and password support been enabled on the SMB network?

@loripodwith Emby Server 4.7, yes it is necessary, but if you want to try the 4.8 beta channel, we've added the ability to enter credentials there. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !
