it seem to take a long time to load but when it does all I have is Desktop and add server and sigin with emby connect and when I click on Desktop option I click Connect it tells me we're unable to connect to the selected server right now

Ok, sounds like something is blocking the connection. I would suggest checking out our Connection Troubleshooter:

Have you attempted to connect to your server via a wifi or wired network that is outside your home network (like a public wifi or at work for example)?

 

It may not be your mobile data specifically, but remote access altogether that is not working for you in which case definitely take a look at the connection troubleshooting steps luke posted above.

 

 

 

 

Side note: From 'I have a problem' to 'I want a refund (and I'll take it back if I have to)' to 'I want to give you more money' in 2.5 hours. Slow down a little man, go have some lunch or something. Give people some time to explore why you are having issues.
