Movie metadata missing after a while

For a few months now, I occasionally see that movies in my Library are missing their metadata, although it was there before. I ran a full import for all my library, but still, after a while, some of the movies which had the metadata, were empty.

Unfortunately I cannot give clear steps to reproduce as it seems random to me. As for the logs, I wouldn't even know where to start from, since this problem occurs over the span of several months.

Anyone any idea?

Hi, do you store nfo files in your media folders?

To be honest the settings related to metadata are a bit spread. Is this what you mean -> Metadata savers for Movie folders: nfo. If yes, then that option is selected.

And from a quick check, all folders have a movie.nfo file, which is actually written by Radarr.

It sounds to me like something might be modifying the nfo file and then emby is simply reacting to the changes.

 

Unfortunately that's all i can really advise right now as this is difficult to guess what might have happened in the past. The next time it does happen if you can capture the server log from that timeframe, then that might be helpful. Thanks.
