otyrrell 0 Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 (edited) Hi Everyone, I have been experiencing consistent crashing while attempting to watch live TV on my network. I have experienced issues streaming live TV to all my devices (Shield, 3 models of Roku, and web streaming. I have pulled initial logs from the Shield which is my main streaming device. I am using a HD HomeRun Prime with Cable Card, and Emby server is on a Win10 machine. Live TV plays fine through native live TV app and HD home Run apps. In the attached log, crashes should show at about 2119, 2130, 2137, 2142 and 2150. I really appreciate any assistance you can provide. FFMPEGLog.txt Log.txt Edited July 7, 2018 by otyrrell
ebr 16207 Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Hi. Your system is running out of disc space. System.IO.IOException: There is not enough space on the disk Try moving the transcoding temp folder to a larger location. Thanks.
otyrrell 0 Posted July 7, 2018 Author Posted July 7, 2018 Thank You! I didn't even think to look at the temp folder because server showed direct playing. Is there a way to limit how much data is saved in the temp folder? Temp folder has 6 gigs of data after 30 minutes of live TV, which seems like a lot. I was attempting to employ a ramdisk to minimize usage on my SSD, but I don't think that will work if I need 12 gigs for every hour of watch time. Any idea's, and thanks again!
Luke 42090 Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 We don't currently have a limit setting for that but it's planned for the future.
