Emby Not Connecting After Host Computer Restarts

I have recently come across an issue of Emby not being able to connect after the computer has restarted.  The machine in question is the host of the Emby server and This issue started about 3 weeks ago.  I have not been able to see the logs or anything that makes sense in the logs that would indicate the issue.  Attached is the error that I get.  I am running Win 10 Pro.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the help on this.  There was an option that I never saw before and I am not sure if it was part of an update or if it somehow got turned off but no that is not an issue.  Now I have the issue of not being able to see my Emby server outside of the network.  I have set up the port forwarding and it is setup correctly from what I know but I am not sure.  Any help would be great.  I have my latest log attached for any assistance.  Thanks in advance for assistance.

What exact problem are you having outside your network? Can you please describe what you are seeing? thanks.

I get the eternal loading circle when trying to access from my cell phone mobile app. It never actually loads my media. I can access the server dash from my phone though but only when connected to my wifi.
