icthusman1 23 Posted July 5, 2018 Posted July 5, 2018 I am trying to have the Auto-Organize plugin sort some new TV shows I am adding. However, it fails every time as the show doesn't exist yet. When I click the folder icon to help it along the Series dropdown is empty. When I click the + to add a new Series I get an error. "Error. No TV libraries are configured in Emby Library setup" This is not true though. I have 1 configured. I even removed and readded that one. I still get this error. HELP!!! Please?
Luke 42077 Posted July 5, 2018 Posted July 5, 2018 That's strange. Please attach the emby server log, thanks.
icthusman1 23 Posted July 5, 2018 Author Posted July 5, 2018 This is odd. I see in the server startup where it sets the LibraryMonitor. It appears to be monitoring everything EXCEPT my TV Shows library. I even created a second library today in my testing and that one is not showing either. emby server log.txt

Luke 42077 Posted July 5, 2018 Posted July 5, 2018 Thanks for the feedback. Going forward with the next release it will just be enabled by default for new libraries.
icthusman1 23 Posted July 5, 2018 Author Posted July 5, 2018 Thanks for the feedback. Going forward with the next release it will just be enabled by default for new libraries. Thanks Luke, does that in some way affect the Auto Organize plugin though and the issue I am having?
Luke 42077 Posted July 8, 2018 Posted July 8, 2018 No I don't think so, and I think there is an issue in the plugin however I do not have the bandwidth to personally look at it. @@PoppyPop has done a lot of development with this plugin, perhaps he may be interested in helping with this. I have created a ticket so that you can follow the issue here: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby.AutoOrganize/issues/19 While we're here I would just like to point out that the auto-organize plugin is a community addition, and contributions from community members are welcome and appreciated. The source code can be found here: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby.AutoOrganize Thanks !
icthusman1 23 Posted July 9, 2018 Author Posted July 9, 2018 Thanks Luke. Wish I had the coding ability to help here but I don't. I took a look at the ticket you opened. Just to be clear, the issue I have is more than just being unable to create a new series, the issue is that I have a TV library but the plugin thinks I don't have one. I can't even organize stuff into an existing series.
erSch 0 Posted September 8, 2018 Posted September 8, 2018 (edited) I was having the same problem: I also got the message "No TV libraries are configured in Emby library setup." I just found something out. While it doesn't work in Firefox, it works in Chrome or Vivaldi. In Firefox, I'm getting a TypeError: TypeError: dlg.querySelector(...) is null[Learn More] configurationpage:346:17 selectedMediaTypeChanged http://192.168.1.2:8096/web/configurationpage:346:17 show/</xhr.onload http://192.168.1.2:8096/web/configurationpage:435:21 That does not happen in Chrome. I tried to debug the thing in Firefox's Developer Tools (F12) and put a breakpoint at that line (configurationpage:346). Strangely, when the dev tools are open, the error does not occur. As soon as I close them, the error is back. Edited September 8, 2018 by erSch

Luke 42077 Posted September 17, 2018 Posted September 17, 2018 That just means it can't find tvdb data for my series episode 5. While we're here I would just like to point out that the auto-organize plugin is a community addition, and contributions from community members are welcome and appreciated. The source code can be found here: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby.AutoOrganize Thanks !
