Can't download programme guide

Hi,

 

I've just set up a HDHomeRun connect quattro and have a free trial to schedulesdirect. Emby has detected the tuner so I then try to add the guide, it doesn't show any errors but is the programme guide is blank. If i click scheduledirect and try to map channels it is empty and logging into an emby app to watch live tv shows it as empty.

 

Could you help please?

Hi, do your channels show up in the hd homerun web app?

I didn't realise I had to detect the channels in HDhomerun, I did that and then it worked. Thanks
