What triggers the TV to wake up?

I'm a switcher from Plex and there is one thing that differs in Emby and i can't figure it out myself.

 

Emby server is running on a Synology NAS and i have a Chromecast connected to my TV.

 

With Plex, as soon as i open the Plex app on my smartphone and connect to Chromecast, my TV is awakened by HDMI CEC. As soon as i disconnect the app connection and shut off the TV (to Standby) it stays this way. With Emby i additionally have to close the app. If i don't close it, my TV is awakened again (by whatever). Is the Emby app the reason or is it something else, which i don't get atm?

I can confirm this issue as it is happening to me as well. It happened several times now that the TV was on in the morning after I had previously casted content through the Emby app. The only way to avoid this is to make sure the app is closed on your phone.
