ebr 16169 Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 Hi. What exactly happened when the movie "failed to playback"? Have you tried disabling the DTS pass through option in the settings?
petemitch3 0 Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 I get the loading circle. And then just a black screen. On a couple of occasions I got to the castle that starts all Disney movies, but froze immediately. No I did not. How do I do that?
ebr 16169 Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 Hi. Look in the playback settings in the app.
petemitch3 0 Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 Okay I did that and it seemed to have worked on all, But one movie in my test group. I’m not sure why. It works fine on iPhone, but not Fire Cube. The data is attached in a photo below. When I play it, it’s a completely black screen and if I select play back corrections, it does nothing. . Thanks for all your hard work.
ebr 16169 Posted October 14, 2019 Posted October 14, 2019 AVI can be very problematic. Any chance you could remux that into an mkv? Also, try repeatedly choosing Playback Correction.
petemitch3 0 Posted October 14, 2019 Posted October 14, 2019 I will try anything. But as you guys say. Talk like you’re talking to a blind person haha. How do I do that??
