Add me to the list of disgruntled users with the web app doing bugger all any more, and nothing showing up on the Roku now. This is from the most recent library scan fail:

Cannot access a disposed object. Object name: 'SqliteItemRepository has been disposed and cannot be accessed.'. at Emby.Server.Implementations.Data.BaseSqliteRepository.CheckDisposed() at Emby.Server.Implementations.Data.SqliteItemRepository.GetItemList(InternalItemsQuery query) at MediaBrowser.Controller.Entities.AggregateFolder.LoadChildren() at Emby.Server.Implementations.IO.LibraryMonitor.Start() at Emby.Server.Implementations.Library.LibraryManager.ValidateMediaLibraryInternal(IProgress`1 progress, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Emby.Server.Implementations.ScheduledTasks.ScheduledTaskWorker.ExecuteInternal(TaskOptions options)

Hi.  This is not actually a problem.  The server was simply re-starting at that time.

What, exactly, was the problem you were encountering?

Yea it looks to me like you restarted the server in the middle of trying to use it. Can you describe the issue in more detail? We're happy to help. Thanks.

I need to do a session with this and start listing all the issues I run into.

At this rate I'm just going to cancel the Premiere sub and scrape the thing off the computer.

As it is, I just tried installing the beta...that got me exactly nowhere. Literally would not open the web app, restart, or exit, and had to be manually shut down through task manager before being removed and rolling back to the current release.

In Chrome, I click on a library...nothing happens. I have to force a page reload to get anywhere...sometimes several times.

This, by the way, is what causes me to frequently restart this thing: I can usually get the web app to respond for a bit after four, five restarts.

Just now: waiting for the last two minutes for a page reload to move me to ONE library.

I'm not even getting Emby's spinner.

Still waiting.

Still waiting.

Still waiting.

Is the server performing a library scan?  Has a library scan finished?

No, and no.

I'd go grab a log but the web app is still stuck exactly where it was.

Oh, look, the fifth reload...gets me an empty page and a spinny.

Don't need web app to get log file.

Path dependent on OS.

A bunch of refreshes got me to the dashboard, so, here, have another log.

Maybe you can figure out what the hell I'm doing wrong here. As far as I can tell, the one thing I'm doing wrong is not scraping Emby off the system and canceling my sub.

EmbyServerLog.txt

It's actually easier for me to go through the dashboard. Unlike Plex log, which I can go to in my sleep at this point.

What browser are you using on Windows 7?

Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Emby 3.5.2.0 right now. I had bad luck with the beta.

If you installed the beta and let it run, your database may be in a bad state because the new beta has a lot of structural changes that the current release will not understand.

So, it may be best for you to start fresh and be sure an initial library scan finishes.
