ebr 16185 Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 There could be any number of reasons for this. Please start here: Transcoding and if you still have questions follow instructions here: How to Report a Problem Thanks.
Luke 42080 Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 Web browsers do not support the mpeg2 video codec. Does this answer your question?

awswallace 2 Posted July 10, 2024 Author Posted July 10, 2024 (edited) When converting the media file, the status that appears is this, ready to transfer, does the file go to a folder? I selected automatic replacement, and converted it to the format, mp4-h264-acc. However, when I open it on the web, it uses video transcoding Could you suggest some format for the media to be reproduced without transcoding? Edited July 10, 2024 by awswallace
Luke 42080 Posted July 10, 2024 Posted July 10, 2024 Quote However, when I open it on the web, it uses video transcoding Hi, what did the stats feature show as the reason for transcoding?
awswallace 2 Posted July 11, 2024 Author Posted July 11, 2024 4 horas atrás, Lucas disse: Você pode anexar o log ffmpeg? Obrigado. Obrigado! --- ffmpeg-transcode-948517f6-18fd-4d43-acb0-4d110a07e487_1.txt
awswallace 2 Posted July 11, 2024 Author Posted July 11, 2024 Aqui está o log de conversão usando a ferramenta de conversão emby ffmpeg-transcode-54dc2c34-aef1-496e-ad79-6976e34619e7_1.txt
awswallace 2 Posted July 11, 2024 Author Posted July 11, 2024 @Luke "Ready to Transfer" status for converted media. This indicates that the conversions have been performed but have not yet been moved to the specified final destination. My question is how to move it after being converted, because the status shows that it hasn't been moved yet.
awswallace 2 Posted July 11, 2024 Author Posted July 11, 2024 I was able to find the error, in my case the folder where the media was added, emby did not have permission, I gave permission and the transfer was carried out with the converted file. 2
