Cant navigate to the various selectable areas if there is a subtitle available

Playing around with Theater and Im noticing that in the movie details screen if you have a choice of subtitle its impossible to arrow over or up to, for example the directors name or the genre names etc. It always goes to the subtitle selection then if you hit up again to the top of the screen. You cant use any combination of directional keys to get over to these otherwise selectable areas.
