on screen controls wont autohide

when watching a movie through the web sever the on screen control wont auto hide it does on both my server/htpc and tablet pc (not as often on the tablet sometimes it surprises me and actually hides). It flickers as if its about to auto hide then pops right back up, I've watched other video streams just to check if they worked properly and all their controls still auto hide so its just something with mbs. I've started a movie and unhooked all keyboards and mice and took batteries out of all controller but the on screen display still stays up as if the mouse is moving. Oh, and I'm using google chrome if that makes any difference

well it's definitely working in source so it should be fixed in the next release.
