Server Only Connect With the Internal Help Me

Please, Could Someone Help Me? I already moved in Door but it does not work! , I can seamlessly connect to the internal ip of my emby server (192.168.0.xxx) But with the external Ip I can not, Is there a problem with my router? I click on the external ip that the emby gives me but only of this Can not access this site The connection to 138.0.XX.XXX:8096 was declined.

 

 

It's my IP WAN but it's not working at all, is my router blocking? Does anyone help me make it work?

your router probably doesn't support loopback, which is why you can't connect via external IP while local.  no biggie, there's no reason to do that anyway.  however, if you want to connect from outside your LAN you need to forward a port to your internal ip:port of your emby server.  consult your router's documentation on how to do that.

I got in touch with my internet provider and in less than 20 minutes they solved it! now I can connect normally.! THANK YOU!
