Suggestions for a NAS

Hi, I'm currently running my Emby Server on my Windows PC, and have 3 devices that connect it. Xbox, PS4, and Intel Nuc HTPC. I would like to take the Emby Server off my Windows PC. So is no hassles with me restarting it when someone is connected to Emby. I will move my 3TB hard drive from my PC to the NAS.

 

I need some suggestions on what to buy, I've read something about transcoding. I think my server does this for the PS4 and Xbox. My rip my content from dvd and bluray in H.265 MKV 720p30 in handbrake.

 

My computer store i shop at is Umart (in Australia). I'm not sure what specs to look for.

Thank You for your suggestions, didn't know it would cost so much, I'll leave it on my main PC atm and save up some money.
