Some channels not working

Some of my users are saying only some channels are working, just get a spinning circle, then asks if there is a problem with play back and never actually tunes into the station. If I back out of the channel and go back, it sometimes will play. I have verified this on the fire tv as well. Not sure if I am missing something. Apologies if this has been mentioned already. Logs attached.

Those ffmpeg logs look like successful playback.

 

I think we will need to look at a log from the app.

I'll have them activate this, I will also activate this. It basically will play when you back out of the channel and go back in most of the time. But those logs from the server are just the ones at the time when it just wouldn't tune in. I'll report back when I get a chance to test personally.

Sorry for the delay, didn't notice this post. Seems to be working fine in the web app.
