Live TV remux issue

Hi,

 

I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue where i have a channel which only streams audio during a remux. This affects all clients. I can see from the ffmpeg logs that only audio is copied from program 3, and ffmpeg is not using program 0 which contains both video and audio, I'm unsure why ffmpeg is using program 3. This channel works fine when direct played in VLC and other Emby clients which support direct play.

 

Any ideas?
