TV Shows - folder.xml

I just realized that all my drives with only tv-shows in them have a folder.xml (drives with movies on them do not). Is this a bug or required my MBS?

 

Folder structure:

c:\

c:\TVSHOW1

c:\TVSHOW2

c:\folder.xml
