Live TV jumping after server update

Okay, so it appears the bottleneck is just running it through ffmpeg...

Did you check the things I mentioned previously?

Yeah I disabled windows defender and my VPS has ATA Hard Disk not SSD. I tried the write caching but the option isnt available on VPS

I tried defrag on the disk as well to see if that made any difference but it hasnt

If you force it to transcode by dropping the in-app quality setting, does that make any difference?
