KerTakanov 0 Posted June 9, 2018 Posted June 9, 2018 Hello everyone, I have an emby server running on a Debian vps. I have a rclone pCloud mounted folder on /mnt/meimei. I also have a mixed content folder which is pointing to /mnt/meimei/data/TV. I can see the musics in this TV folder (I have some in the series folders) but I can't see the videos in the folders. The structure is looking like this: /mnt/meimei/data/TV/{TV show name}/Season {1,2,3...}/{episode name}_s{season}e{episode}.mkv Evry video files are in mkv BTW.
Solution mastrmind11 722 Posted June 9, 2018 Solution Posted June 9, 2018 what is the file permission of the videos? 1
KerTakanov 0 Posted June 9, 2018 Author Posted June 9, 2018 Hello, this is the output of the ls -l command on one of the folders: http://up.t0m-s.be/file.php?h=Rf72da86438377fdc8a22dd8b457d8171 Btw, the Emby user is root aswell, I know it's a security issue. It's the same permissions for the audio files, which I can see and read, so I don't think it's actually a permission issue. Here is a link to the latests sever logs, I launched 2 syncs in tasks before pasting the logs: https://0bin.net/paste/yPjytRpDU9LzBB-G#MT73Ef4HUE+3TS9fMp-/cbCt0v1M3ZgVowhFXISQZ1t
KerTakanov 0 Posted June 10, 2018 Author Posted June 10, 2018 what is the file permission of the videos? Okay you were right, it was a permission problem, I chmod'ed every files with 777 permission and now I can read them! Sorry for the annoyance
