New Media Not Scan

I just rebuild my server from scratch ver 3.4.1.0.

I noticed additional media (movies) are not scan, 

Library>Mage folder>Enable real time monitoring

Manually  scan the whole library did not work,

Manually scan TV show library did not work,

Manually scan specific library did not work,

when I check the movies folder system information and jpeg image of each episode are not created.

 

This was working fine before  I rebuild, please what other actions I need to create to get this work.

Luke, As I have explained besides those files which were in place before the rebuild, any new files are not scan, I expect that since the real time monitoring is turned on, it should instantly add all relevant metadata of that media to the folder, but it not even when i scan through various approaches as I have mentioned above.

 

There are several logs, I'm not sure if this one is right.

Hi.  You can easily know the right one by:

 

1) Restarting the server

2) Reproducing your issue

3) Attaching the "embyserver.txt" file (this will always be the current log)
