Theme marked as Expired even though paid/licensed. Advice?

So one of my used themes (Crystal) is shown as expired. I have touched base with Lee who confirmed I am licensed, and I have checked the correct MB3 key entered in dashboard.  I have removed it and reinstalled with same results.

 

Anyone know of a fix?  I have most recent build of MBC and server.

Shows expired where?  There are at least three places this could be - inside MBC plug-ins tab, in the theme itself and in the dashboard.  Which one is it and are they all the same?

 

Does your dashboard show the gold supporter badge?

My Crystal and ROC themes both show EXPIRED in the Plugins screen in MB Classic.  They both still work, though.

Yes, gold badge in dashboard. The expiration of the theme is within the Plugins screen in MBC.

And if you look at it in the plug-in catalog on the server, does it say you are registered there?

ahhh ok.  so went there and clicked on Crystal, which stated trial period expired.  not sure what to do since lee confirmed i did purchase.

Have you ever attempted to link any keys?  Also, are you sure your key is entered properly and it is the proper one.  Should end in 42a8

That's the key I have entered.  Oh well. I don't want you spending all this time trying to solve the mystery!
