Smb share not working

Using android phone for emby server, kodi is on firestick. Keep getting connection time out. I have been to the wiki as well as the Kodi for him and saw all the different problems people have with us but I still cannot figure it out

I meant to say I have been to all the forums and have seen all the problems and so-called Solutions but none of them work for me
