Auto Box Sets question

Is it possible to exclude or prevent the Auto Box Sets plugin from creating certain box sets?

 

For example:

 

I had manually created a box set for all the DC animated movies.  I recently loaded Auto Box sets to simplify some of my process overall with movies, and as a result, this box set is getting split up into multiple sets (Justice League, Teen Titans, Dark Knight Returns, etc).  Is there a setting (or maybe a potential feature request) to lock movies into a certain box set or collection?  I've noticed with several other custom sets I have.

Only way is editing the metadata to remove the tmdbcollectionid per movie and locking the metadata.
