Reports plugin - add filter for specific release date

Running the report for missing episodes to fill in some gaps from a data loss.  Want the ability to filter out episodes that have a release date that is after the current date.  Episodes that haven't aired yet are just clogging up my report.

actually this report seems to be broken.  When i only show missing episodes, it doesn't list things I know to be missing
