Can you make sure your Trakt plugin is on the latest version (3.1.8)? There was an update recently.

If it is, please try to reproduce your issue while debug logging is turned on, and send the logs here.

Hi,

the log on top is the latest one. You can check the times and dates in the log to be sure.
When plugin sends the show data, trakt responds that it can't find it: 

2018-06-06 00:08:57.421 Error Trakt: TraktResponse not Found:{"ids":{"tvdb":79604}} 

I don't see trakt debug messages in the log though. The debug message will tell me what data is being sent, so I can check why.

I have looked at the errors:

According to the TVDB id : https://trakt.tv/search/tvdb?query=79604, it is this show https://trakt.tv/shows/black-lagoon

Which has only Season 1 on trakt, but it seems you have a season 2 in your emby, as you can see in the screenshot.

The next show on the list is https://trakt.tv/shows/dilbert , which in your emby seems to have four episodes:

s00e00
s00e00
There is no season 0 on Trakt.tv and no episode 0 in s1.

I see two possibilities:
Either you have wrong IDs and these are not the shows you have
You have correct IDs but your episode/season numbers are wrong/missing

Can you check if either is true for Dilbert and Black Lagoon?

I have looked at 5 more shows from the log and they were all tagged wrong (non existing season number or episode number). Can you point me to a show/movie that is tagged correctly? I will then try to find it in the log and see why it wasn't scrobbled.

 

As for "The first user always gets deleted the pin. I dont know why. I typed it in hundreds of times." The pin description says "On the next request to the Trakt API, this PIN will be exchanged for tokens, and the text field will be cleared. You can input a new PIN to get new tokens.", so when you enter the pin and then run some task with trakt, the pin gets removed and a accessToken is stored in the configuration file of the plugin. If it was an authentication problem, you would be getting a different error than Error Trakt: TraktResponse not Found

Trakt API documentation says that's not the case. Even if there are wrong movies/shows, the correct one should be added.

I have looked at 5 more of your shows and I can't find a single one that is tagged with a correct episode/season number.

If this is a trakt problem, send me a name of a show/miovie that has correct metadata in emby and is not synced.

If all of your shows have wrong metadata and this is a problem with how Emby recognizes the metadata, I'm not sure I'm qualified to help @@Luke

Maybe you can check if your library is according to this: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/TV%20naming and that your .nfo files have the correct info in them? (.nfo is just text, you can open it in notepad and it should be readable)

Maybe you're looking at the wrong emby user? when you configure the trakt plugin, it's only configured for one user at a time. did you realize that?
