Guest asrequested Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 It would be so much better to have a play next up. button, next to the play all, button. On this page. 1
Luke 42077 Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 Or resume. If we did that though then we'd drop the next up heading underneath because it would be redundant.

That's one of the things I do actually like about the Android TV app, it has the play next up, button. It's very convenient. Having the current Theater next up option, takes you to the details page. Which is less convenient. Also, currently when I come to the end of a show and I back out of it before the credits, it takes you back to the same episode, and not the next up. So it basically doesn't work. In the Android TV app, the play next up, is also the resume, button. Well done to ebr on that. It's a great feature. Having that in Theater, would be great!
FrostByte 5392 Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 I can definately see an advantage of having this, but I do like the Next Up and being able to see the details below also. My wife and I like to read the description of the next episode before playing and sometimes even determine if we're going to watch another episode that night based on the description. Otherwise we would have just used the option to automatically play the next episode if we didn't want to read the details. 1
ebr 16172 Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 I don't think it is totally redundant because some people are like FrostByte and others like Doofus. 1
AdrianW 1058 Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 (edited) And, I still can't see the point of the "Play All" button - no one would ever want to press that, and it's the default! See my suggestion: Please replace "Play All" with "Play Next" for TV series from back in October 2016 (it had 32 likes). Edited June 4, 2018 by AdrianW 2
