Local NFO Scraping

Hey guys,

 

somehow I forgot how to do it.

 

I have all metadata stored locally (nfo file, artwork, actors) everything in movie folder, tv show folder, season folder and even the episodes have nfo files.

 

I want to force emby to read only my nfo files. How do I do this when setting up the library?

 

Is there a "local import" function like in KODI? Because I only see TVdb etc...

Hi, we support reading local nfo out of the box. There is nothing you need to do. Thanks.

Thanks for you quick reply Luke. So if I Mark tvdb scraper it would only scrape additional missing meta data which is not in nfo file and folder found? Also would it update the nfo file or totally overwrite it, if it scrapes additional information?

Correct, it will add missing info and update the nfo.
