gnollo 17 Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 I am getting the error message Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\EMBY\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\root\default\Movies'. I am unwilling to delete the library as I don't want to lose watched count etc. Any suggestions on how to fix this is appreciated!
Happy2Play 9783 Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Watch status is by providerid and if you have the "Server Configuration Backup" plugin you have that information backed up. is the path in Movies.mblink in 'C:\Users\EMBY\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\root\default\Movies'. correct? Open with text editor.
gnollo 17 Posted June 1, 2018 Author Posted June 1, 2018 In C:\Users\EMBY\AppData\Roaming\ I cannot find Emby-Server, only Emby Tray
Luke 42083 Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 It sounds like you restored settings from the backup that contain paths that no longer exist. In this situation I would generally suggest to install clean and only restore users and user data, rather than trying to restore everything.
gnollo 17 Posted June 1, 2018 Author Posted June 1, 2018 Emby starts automatically when I reboot. Uninstalling under add or remove programs is not an option. Running an install on top of what I have, as I can't uninstall it.
gnollo 17 Posted June 1, 2018 Author Posted June 1, 2018 Scanning works again now, thanks for the advice!
