Auto organize over write

I have a new copy of a movie with higher res along with audio and I have auto organize setup to copy the file, I check the box or over write existing file and click save but when I refresh the page the check box is empty again... Is this a bug or is something else not working?

Sorry it has taken so long but here would be the log file from a restart of the server pressing the overwrite movie file button and clicking save then after that it is no longer checked as an option.
