Chrome not displaying scroll bar for side menu

Don't often use Chrome but I noticed that while using it today that there was no scroll bar along the left-hand Side Menu. I had to use the keyboard cursor keys to navigate that menu. On the attached screen save, the scroll bar on the right only scrolls the main frame data, not the side menu. When I took the screen save, the cursor was on and highlighting the "Download & Sync" menu item.

 

This was seen on a Windows 10 PC, using Chrome Version 66.0.3359.181

Refresh fixes it for me, but only until the next time I open the dashboard.

If you have windows in tablet mode try switching to desktop mode.
