NAS appear in network, but can't access the folders

Guys, Appreciate any suggestion, in my emby server pc, I recently noticed that NAS newtwork drive is displayed but I can not access the folders therein, as such my embyserver will not play any media, however, on another pc is I am able to access the folders iiside the NAS in my network.

Yes you're correct emby can't access NAS media folders, but when i log into another computer under the network all the content folders are seen, I dont know if something have changed in emby server pc which may have caused this to happen, everything was working fine until few days ago. appreciate any help, what is strange the NAS appears under the network but it not accessible.

This test is not applicable because it was from another machine. Try doing it from the same machine. Make sure you can access the folders using windows explorer file browsing. If you can't reach it from there, then Emby Server won't be able to reach it either.

Depending on the setup you need to have full read write access on the NAS

\\CLOUDMIRROR\etc..
