Emby Theater will not install on a fresh win 7 SSD

Hi all just installed win 7 32bit on to ssd downloaded server installed fine download Theater for Windows and it will not install keep getting a security popup  I am a lifetime premier supporter

below is the the error I get but of course the publisher  Is Emby LLC name is Emby Theater Installer5b06a41122bb0_adminblocked.pngam signed in as the administrator and have not blocked anything at all yet it is a fresh install only MB drivers and Emby Server installed any Ideas? is there a stand alone installer for Theater I can download?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

I believe disabling internet explorer enhanced security should resolve this.

Hi Luke explorer enhanced security does not exist in IE internet options a quick google search says its only in windows server any other Ideas?

or am I looking in the wrong place

There is a topic somewhere on the "clickonce" registry settings. Will look for it but here is one from google.

Also ensure Windows 7 SP1 is completely up to date.

oops I spoke to soon download is now working fine I now have an installation problem I have tried many times to install and keep getting the following pop up after aprox 5 mins  emby theater installer exe appears in the task manager but nothing seems to progress??
