Sync only on Wi-Fi?

@Luke sorry to revive an old thread..  Is there a way to stop the downloads?

 

My laptop running Emby Theater is often connected to my phone wifi hotspot. So, restricting to download on wifi only does not work in this case. I don't want to chew up my data  

 

I was hoping there was an Emby service that I could stop but it sounds like you are using windows to control the file transfer. Any Idea how to pause/stop that transfer?

That is an edge case.

I don't know an easy way around this at present.
Maybe someone else may know a trick for this?
