Unhandled exception when starting server

This error popped up 3 days ago. I haven't been able to start the Server since then.

 

"Unhandled exception: The requested protocol has not been configured into the system, or no implementation for it exists."

 

Server version 3.0.5192.19560. I'm running Windows Server 2008.

Any ideas what could have caused a component to be disabled? The only updates I've applied to the Windows Server were those made in an attempt to get Media Browser Server working again. 

 

Also, is there a way I can roll back the Media Browser Server version to see if it's a problem that cropped up in a recent build?

Probably something is disabled within the operating system causing the failure. we'll make sure the server doesn't crash as a result though.
